1. When should we arrive?
Please arrive around 10 minutes before your booked time. Arriving too early may mean waiting outside the experience area; arriving late may shorten or delay your visit.
2. What is included in our visit?
Your visit includes the festive grotto experience, time with Santa, and a special gift for each child booked with a gift ticket. Professional photographs are available separately.
3. Can I change my booking?
You may move your booking once if you contact us at least 24 hours beforehand, subject to availability. Tickets are otherwise non-refundable.
4. Do babies need a ticket?
Yes. Choose either a baby ticket with a gift or a lower-priced baby ticket without a gift for children aged 0–12 months.
5. Can we purchase photographs?
Yes. Professional photographs can be viewed and purchased during your visit. Packages include printed photographs and a digital USB option.
